Junior Full Stack Developer for startup

Job Description

Explicame.pt is an unique platform that connects parents and students, who look for their ideal Tutor, and Tutoring centers, who want to make known their services.

Through an interactive map, parents and students will be able to filter their search by a number of criteria that greatly facilitate the search for their ideal Tutor.

This opportunity is best suited for people who enjoy fast paced environments with little management oversight. This candidate must have excellent attention to detail, interest in new concepts and technology, and be very organized with their work and processes..

Experience Required:

·         At least 2-3 years of front-end development

·         Expert WordPress developer

·         Moderate CSS developer

·         Knowledge of best practices in web development, security, optimization, and SEO

·         Expertly organized with ability to meet schedules

·         Strong communication skills

·         Other support and administrative activities as needed for IT department.

Experience Preferred:

·         Eager to constantly learn

·         Ability to adapt and adjust to customer requirements

·         Desire to work in a small team environment with little direct oversight

·         Able to manage time and schedule

Main Requirements

·         Good problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities.

·         Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work;
